Description
The powered turn over table for assembling welding is purpose-built to facilitate the rotation of fin panels during radiator assembly.
After welding the header pipe on one side, the fixture allows the operator to effortlessly flip over the fin panel body to weld the other side. Featuring power adjustment for panel length and assembly depth, the operator can easily maneuver the panels during production.
The fixture is equipped with a servo motor positioning system, ensuring precise and accurate assemblies. This enables efficient radiator production, enhancing overall manufacturing quality and consistency.
