4.2 Winding

The high voltage coil is multi-layer cylinder type; The coil oil passage is of corrugated structure, and the insulation between layers is double-sided dotting paper. The low pressure and high pressure surfaces are wrapped with epoxy resin semi-viscous glass fiber tape to increase mechanical strength.

4.3 Body and lead
The upper and lower iron yoke insulation is made of insulating cardboard; Laminated wood as a balance pad insulation; Laminated cardboard is used as lead support; All fasteners are effectively locked locknuts.

4.4 Fuel Tank
The triangular structure of the fully sealed corrugated oil tank is adopted. The three phases are provided with corrugated sheets to ensure heat dissipation and compensate for the change of oil volume due to the change of oil temperature. An oil level gauge with pressure relief valve is installed on the cover of the tank to facilitate refueling and observation of the oil level height, and to protect the release of pressure in case of sudden fault overvoltage in the transformer.
